Saturday morning, a woman, 28, was found dead her room at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in downtown St. Louis.
Her body was found at around 11 a.m. and police labeled the case a suspicious, sudden death because the cause of death had yet to be determined.
According to police she had no blunt trauma or any visible signs of foul play.
