St. Louis Police are looking for the gunman, who shot and killed a young rapper for no apparent reason.
The victim, Joshua Hutson was murdered Saturday night in the 6000 Block of Bartmer in North St. Louis.
Hutson was walking with a friend when a man approached them and asked their names. Once the pair identified themselves, The suspect then pulled out a gun, shot and killed Hutson, 24, and fired several more rounds at the victim’s friend.
Family members say Hutson, who worked at an area McDonald’s, loved to write poems and was a member of a local rap group for several years.
Detectives only have a vague description of the shooter.
