Attorney Donald L. Williams passed away suddenly in Kansas City. He was a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law and ran a successful practice in Kansas City, MO. He was affectionately called the “Johnnie Cochran of K. C.” Before going into private practice Williams, previously served the Environmental Protection Agency Law Department. He was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He is survived by his former wife Michelle Perry-Williams, a SLU graduate and St. Louis Inspector for the FDA; son Hammurabi Donald Williams of Las Vegas, NV; and daughter Charlan Williams of Kansas City. Williams has numerous relatives and friends here in St. Louis. Williams died suddenly of a heart attack. He was 60 years old.
