She was the widow of Everett Ball and beloved mother of Carol (William L. Clay, Sr.), Gerald N. Johnson (1942-2009) and Frieda Marr (Bo Marr). She is survived by her 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Helen was born December 2, 1916 in Enterprise, MS to the late Annabelle (Dumpling) and Fred Kelley.
