Corine Kirkwood, age 83, peacefully transitioned on May 24, 2018 in Los Angeles, CA. Corine founded Kirkwood Cleaners in 1965, becoming one of the first black woman dry cleaners owners in St. Louis.
She is survived by son Jerry, grandchildren Ian and Porscha, great-grandson Zaveon, sister Catherine Laws and family and friends.
Memorial service will be held at Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Church at 4673 Labadie Ave, St. Louis, MO on June 28, 2018 at 11:30am.
