Frances G. (White) Allen, 64, passed Thursday, December 27, 2018. She leaves behind two children. Frances graduated from Sumner High school, UMSL and Washington University’s “GWB” School of Social Work. Frances was a life enthusiast who empowered everyone she came in contact with. Her light shinned bright and she will be deeply missed. Job well done Frances!
