Leroy Noah was born on July 25, 1934 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Leroy was the oldest of six children.
Married to the late Grace Fulgham Noah and is the father of three daughters Sharon, Carolyn and Brenda. Leroy professed his love for Christ at an early age and continued to praise and worship at Southern Mission Missionary Baptist Church until his health began to fail.
He attended Sumner High School, and graduated from Kinloch High.
Leroy completed beauty school and went on to obtain his Doctorate from the National Institute of Cosmetology, and became well known for cosmetology with in St. Louis. He was also a reflexology instructor.
