Lucille Mauldin, was the ninth of ten children born in Charleston, Mississippi on April 18, 1930 to the union of Marie and John Raybon. Lucille departed this life, Friday, September 14, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, four sisters and four brothers. Lucille confessed her devotion to Christ at an early age at Blue Cane Missionary Baptist, in Charleston, Mississippi. Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Lucille’s favorite pastimes were gardening, cooking, doing crafts and socializing. She leaves to cherish her memories: her brother, Earnest Raybon; four sons and three daughters: Venita Crenshaw-Thomas (Wendell), Tyrone Mauldin (Angie), Marvin Mauldin (Carla), Alvin Mauldin (Karen), Kelvin Mauldin (Cheryl), Bobbette Claxton (James), Lisa Mauldin (Harviare), fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law, a host of  nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends. She will be laid to rest at McClendon Teat Mortuary and Cremation Service 12140 News Hall Ferry Rd., Thursday, September 20, 2012. Visitation will be at 10 am funeral services will follow at 11 am.
