Geneva Spight was a master seamstress; in the beginning we started as loose fabric not knowing your plan was to produce a family jacket. Though your technique was unorthodox and unique you embroidered your personal values for this family garment. Sometimes a stitch was added to modify attitude or discipline. After nearly a century this lovely jacket didn’t fade.
To some you were grand, some said great, some said momma, but we all saw you as the seam to our pupose in life. She wasn’t just a good provider to her children, family and friends but she was a true matriarch.
