October 31, 2015, Patrick Rubin Worthy passed away in Portland, OR. Born on December 6, 1941 in St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and three brothers. Patrick attended Saint Louis Public Schools and graduated from Sumner High School in 1960. In 1962 he married Carol Slaughter, who preceded him in death. Patrick earned his BS in Psychology at Washington University. Patrick began his career Insurance and pharmaceutical sales, later retiring from public school teaching. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Beth Wiegreffe; daughters Dawn and Veronica Worthy, granddaughter Samantha Williams, and grandson Elias Worthy, remaining siblings, Lillie (Clarence) and Morris (Wanda), nephews, nieces and a host of relatives and friends. Services will take place on Friday, December 4, 2015, 11:00am, St. Alphonsus “Rock” Catholic Church, 1118 North Grand Blvd,. St. Louis, MO.
