Wilbur Lewis Barnes Jr., 70 years old, passed away May 24, 2013, peacefully in his sleep at home. He is survived by Carolyn Barnes, to whom he was a loving and faithful husband of 47 years. He is also survived by one daughter, Kim Barnes, one son, Kirk Barnes (Amber), two grandchildren, Jordan Barnes and Kenneth Oliver, one sister, Annetta Walton, one nephew, Daryl Walton, among a host of other family members.
Services: Visitation is Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 4-7 PM at Austin Layne Normandy Chapel, 773 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121. Viewing will be Monday, June 3, 2013 from 10-11 AM, Homegoing celebration will start at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Chesterfield, 17155 Wild Horse Creek Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005.
