Billy was a sports official for many years and worked with area high school, college and amateur sports teams. Inducted into the St. Louis Softball Hall of Fame March 8 2016 for his contributions as an umpire. See more information at stlouiscremation.com

Billy was the best. Great ballplayer, our beloved recreation director in berkeley. Great umpire. And a great friend before and after the game.
