Zadie Lee Ratliff III, a longtime St. Louis resident peacefully exchanged time for eternity on Saturday April 5, 2014. After nearly four decades of service he retired from the St. Louis Public Schools as Official Photographer. Mr. Ratliff’s dedication to his profession motivated him to mentor and inspire others to excel in all aspects of photography and graphic communication.
