Shrewsbury has moved one of his law offices outside of the city of St. Louis, into the county at an address near Crestwood Plaza. It seems odd that Shrewsbury, who is in effect blocking the Barnes-Jewish lease extension, is so sure there are other places in the city that can easily accommodate expansion of the region’s largest hospital, yet he couldn’t find a suitable place in the city for his small law office.
