The race for Missouri’s 4th Senatorial District may be losing one of its candidates. The EYE has heard that State Representative Rachel Storch has decided to put off running for the state Senate due to an illness in her family. Storch’s departure leaves State Representatives Yaphet El Amin, Amber Boykins, Fred Kratky and political activist Jeff Smith as likely candidates. Stay tuned.
