I compliment Bill Beene’s recent eye-opening article about crime and values. Attorney General Eric Holder’s concern about perpetuation of a cycle of violence and criminal behavior can be very easily addressed. Why not have a tax credit for parents who send their kids to private and/or parochial schools? Private and parochial schools teach kids morals and self-responsibility.
