On April 30, Gov. Matt Blunt had a three-hour meeting with Senator Mike Gibbons and Senator Charlie Shields to try to get these senators to stop HB 1716. HB 1716 was passed in the house 139 to 3. It is a bill to stop the Federal “Real ID Card Act.” The Real ID is a federal move requiring all U.S. citizens to have a national ID, such as Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Communist China and other totalitarian governments (a prototype for the Mark of the Beast).
