of God in Christ 104th Holy Convocation will convene

October 31-November 9 in St. Louis.

expected to be the biggest convention of 2011 in St. Louis,

according to the St. Louis Convention and Visitors

Commission.

“font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: Verdana;”>The Visitors Commission

says the 2010 convocation attracted 35,000 attendees that spent

upwards of $35 million during the eight-day convention. This year’s

convocation attendance is already expected to increase in size and

economic impact to the region.

E. Blake Sr. explains that this convention will be an opportunity

for the members of COGIC to “set down our buckets to receive the

latter rain of inspiration, instruction and the work of ministry.”

The convocation is a time for the delegates to experience great

speakers and some of the greatest gospel music singers in the

nation.

Christ is the fifth largest Protestant religious denomination in

the United States, with churches in 60 countries worldwide and an

estimated membership of nearly 6.5 million members.

Outreach Center

ceremony for the True Fellowship Community Outreach Center will be

held Friday, October 21 at 12:30

p.m.

at the center, 1639 Third St. in Madison, IL. The

Building Dedication will be held on Saturday, October 22 at 10 a.m.

for True Fellowship Church and the Open House will be held 11 a.m.

to 3 p.m.

community and so do we,” said Executive Director Pastor CeCe

McCall-McCoo. “This community deserves a brighter light and God has

given True Fellowship the responsibility of adding wattage.

Staff will be available to share program information and on-site

enrollment will be available. Property tours will be conducted and

light refreshments will be served.

our responsibility of serving families in our community. Our center

is a labor of love,” McCall-McCoo said. “God has allowed us to use

what we have to make a difference. This is the place where
