“Now to Him Who, by in consequences of the action of His power that is at work within us, is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams.” Eph. 3:20 (Amplified Bible)
The Bible lets us know that God’s Word is truth. Our Heavenly Father cannot lie. All of His promises are yes and so be it all to His glory. We serve a faithful God. He always keeps His promises. Even when it looks like all is lost and nothing can ever happen, God has not left us. He is yet right there with us expecting His children to trust Him in all situations and circumstances.
A very realistic question that must be asked is why is there so much failure in the earth today? We talk about the victorious life. We sing about receiving the blessings of God, but they do not manifest in the lives of many of His children. Does God want to see His family fail? Does He have certain people He want to bless and not others? Is His word really truth or is God a liar? I am sure that all of these questions and more go through the minds of many of God’s children who have not experienced success in life.
The problem with failure and a lack of success in life exist because of a lack of knowledge and understanding. Your insight and understanding of who you are in Christ and the power that you have within to bring forth the success you desire is crucial to your success in life. God’s power living in you mixed with faith will always produce a harvest in your life.
The one element that is often overlooked is the ability to wait on God to fulfill His promises. Timing in the kingdom of God is everything. God does not operate on your time table. He does not fulfill prayer requests based on your immediate expectations. This does not mean that God dose not love us. There are blessing to be received from having to wait on God. Character is developed when we must wait. Strength and faith are increased and strengthened when there is a waiting period before God releases the blessing.
During the waiting period, you must remain strong in the word. The more time you spend in prayer, meditation and even some fasting the clearer you will hear the voice of God. You will hear Him revealing to you what to do during the wait. A peace that surpasses all understanding will keep you strong during the time of waiting.
Guarding your thoughts and speech is going to be crucial. If you speak or think failure or defeat during the waiting period all your prayers are canceled. Often times the cancellation has taken place and the believer is unaware of it. When you are waiting on a move of God, you must guard your heart and your mind. What you say and think will determine the amount of success you will experience.
God has spoken that there is power living in you. It is the action that you take that will release God’s power and determine the amount of success you will experience. The more you realize that you have God’s ability, might and power living in you, the greater will be your ability to standstill and wait with great expectation to see a move of God through your life.
Stop worrying and fretting and start living by the word of God. Stop doubting and wondering and start affirming. God is not a God of failure. He is a God of victory. Your success and victory in life is dependent on your understanding of how to work the word of God through your life.
God is not a microwave God. But, He is a loving and faithful Father who loves all of His children. He tells us in His word, “Beloved I pray that you may prosper in every way and that your body may keep well, even as your soul keeps well and prospers.”
Take God at His word. Be willing to trust Him one hundred percent.
His ability and power to release what you need out of you into the universe is ever present and available to you. Remember, Jesus came so that you could live the abundant life. Stop fretting and wondering and start speaking and acting upon the promises of God. Hear God speaking to your spirit, “Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests) with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.” Phil 4:6 (Amplified)
Your success is guaranteed when you trust, obey, speak with power and authority, expect, take action and most of all wait patiently for the blessing to be manifested.
