Have you ever asked yourself why there are so many problems and challenges in your life? Why does your life seem like a yo-yo? Maybe you are saying this “abundant life” promised by God just does not seem to be working for me. Well, perhaps you are right, God’s promises will not work where there is doubt, fear, worry, anxiety, unbelief and a lack of knowledge and understanding of who you are in Christ.
Where there a lack of knowledge and understand of who you are and what it means to be a believer there will be limited success in life. There must be a hunger and a thirst for knowledge so that doubt and fear cannot reach your heart and cause you to destroy the seed of the word that produces victory in one’s life.
It is not enough to go to church on Sunday and maybe midweek Bible Study. You must be willing to seek God with your whole heart. How many times have you gone to church and when the service was over you could not remember the scripture and had no notes written on the bulletin or in a notebook for future reference? How much time are you spending meditating in God’s Word and seeking to receive revelation knowledge?
God let’s us know that His word is powerful. It is the word of God believed, spoken in faith and acted upon that will bring unlimited victory into your life. It is not about a feeling or a shout. It is not about just being able to say, ” we had church Sunday because of a lot of emotionalism.” It is time for the family of God to wake up and begin to realize and understanding the power that God has made available to you through His word.
The Bible lets God’s children know that He has given to us everything that is needed to live a victorious life. Without knowledge and understanding of how to release the power of God out of you and how to overcome the tricks and schemes of satan, you will live beneath your privileges.
Every word of God is truth. God does not change and He cannot lie. Whatever He has promised to do in His word can become a reality for your life. Without wisdom and revelation you are limited in your ability to understand how to effective apply the word of God to your life.
Life application of the word of God is the master key to living the abundant life. The successful believer is one who has learned to live by the word of God. Living your life through God’s word creates a positive climate for you to begin to walk toward your destiny.
Make a decision today to give the word of God first place in your life. It is your passport to success. Begin to seek after knowledge like it was water found in a hot desert where you have been for a week. Ask God to give you a thirst for His word. His word will become a “lamp to your feet and a light to your path.” He will lead and guide you by His word from one level of success to the next. Just like He said to Joshua,” no man will be able to stand against you,” the same will go for you. Absolutely nothing will be able to stop a move of God when you live totally by His word.
God has unlimited blessings just waiting to be released into your life. The lack of success in the life of any believer exist because of a lack of knowledge and understanding of their true identity. As a believer, you are an overcomer. You are more than a conqueror. You have been given power to destroy any negative force that would attempt to hinder your God-given success. It is time to take your rightful place in life and start walking in the authority and dominion given to you by God.
