“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” – James: 5:16b.(KJV)
Anyone who falls into the failure trap eventually becomes filled with anger, fear, hate, bitterness and resentment. They cannot understand why they are not able to overcome failure that seems to be endless. Negative attitudes are developed and often a state of apathy and complacency follows. The world is looking for the answer for the success that they desire in life. The challenge is that they are looking in all the wrong places.
Success cannot be found in depression, or in jealousy or envy. Faultfinding will not remove failure or open the door to lasting success. True and lasting success can only be found in the application of the word of God, faith and prayer
In Mark 11, the word of God lets you know that you can have what you say. When faith is mixed with the spoken word the end result will be victory and success. There is an indescribable success in the words that we speak out of our mouths. It is so important that believers understand that they cannot allow negative or unproductive words to proceed out of their mouths and expect to reap a positive harvest. Their lifestyle must be one that duplicates God.
Our Heavenly Father spoke only what He desired to see manifested in the earth. He spoke let there be and the thing that He called forth became a reality. We have been created in the image and likeness of God. The authority to speak and see our words take on physical form has been given to the Body of Christ. Our thoughts and words have supernatural power to destroy the negativity in the earth and replace it with the positive things that God has ordained for our lives.
Prayer is the channel through which we can release the power of God that lives in us out into the universe. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead now dwells in every spirit-filled believer.
What we do with his power will determine the amount of success or failure we will experience in life.
It is time for the Body of Christ to stop complaining and begin to walk in the unlimited power that is living in you. The Greater One is just waiting to you to exercise his authority in the earth through your prayers spoken in unwavering faith.
We have been commissioned by God through the work of the Holy Spirit to do greater works than Jesus did in the earth.
This is your day to stop worrying and complaining. Stop spending valuable time making excuses about what you have not achieved and begin to walk in the authority given by God. Make prayer a priority in your life. “Ask and it will be given; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.”
Sincere prayer will take you before the presence of God so that your petitions and supplications can be sent straight into His Throne Room. When you go before him with a sincere heart filled with faith and expectation, know without a doubt that he will hear and answer.
All you need to do is take the corresponding action necessary to put God’s Spirit to work for you. His Spirit living in you will open doors and channels for success that you never thought possible. Prayer changes things.
