“Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever (anything and everything) they may ask; it will come to pass and be done for them by My father in heaven.” Matt. 18:19 (Amplified Bible)
The word of God has been written for the people of God so that we might have a blueprint for success in life. God wants you to live a victorious life. He wants you to know that you have power to overcome any and every challenge that you may face in life.
Throughout the Bible there are promises and words of encouragement to give you insight into how to live the abundant life. You are not limited to just one way to walk in victory. Throughout the Bible you will find many life experiences written about men and women who lived by the word and became victorious.
As believer, our constant lifestyle must be one that lives totally by the Word of the Living God. It is time to stop worrying, doubting and fearing what the enemy of your soul can do and start living your life through Christ.
Every time you open your mouth you release either blessings or cursing. Either a word of faith and victory come forth or a word of fear and destruction. These words may be in the form of a joke or teasing. Actually it does not matter, for you see the universe will take you at your word. You can and will have what you say. Whether positive or negative, good or bad if you speak out of your mouth it will eventually come to pass.
When you share your needs or concerns with another individual the power to bring forth the manifestation of what you spoke has increased. When two individuals come together on one accord agreeing about anything, it shall be done for them.
Most of God’s children overlook the power that is manifested when they enter into an agreement about anything that they desire to see come to pass. Even though we go to church and pray in unison and it appears that all are on one accord, that is often not the case. Many leave out of prayer meetings and Bible Study speaking contrary to what was prayed. Those negative words will cancel out all the good that God was about to do.
As believers we may still need to be deprogram not to think or speak like the world. Our continuous guide must be the word of God. If God has said it in His word, whatever you have the faith to believe, speak out of your mouth and act upon, it shall come to pass.
The prayer of agreement is powerful. You only need to find one other person who is walking by faith and not by sight. One person who is willing to live by God’s word. One person who will trust and not doubt knowing that God’s word will never fail them. When you find this person and begin to harmonize together about any desire of your heart, the Bible says it shall come to pass.
The enemy works to destroy marriages and families because he knows the power that will be generated when a husband and wife come together on one accord. When the children and other families members agree, the power is increased.
If you really want to experience a move of God’s power in your life find a like-minded person who love God and desire to live by His word. Enter into an agreement about anything each of you desire, then daily thank god for the outcome. No matter how long it take wait patiently for the results because they will surely come.
The words in the scripture text were spoken by Jesus. Jesus would not tell us what His Father will do for His children if it were not true. He has given to the body of Christ a major promise that is designed to remove fear, worry and stress. The power of agreement will allow you to experience the outpouring of God’s
power into your life. When you come together on one accord God is right there in the midst of whatever you are doing.
Once you have spoken in agreement, take the necessary action to bring forth the manifestation and then wait with great expectation because God will never let you down.
