“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”Prov.23:7a
The word of God let’s us know that absolutely nothing is impossible. As one of God’s children, we must know that the word of God cannot fail. All of God’s promises are yes and so be it. It is not enough to know His word or be able to correctly quote it. You must live totally by what the word is saying to your heart.
Are you are dreamer? Do you have great goals and desires that you expect to see happen in your life? Or are you a skeptic, someone who looks at what you see happening all around you and thinks the worst? Whatever posture you take, the success or failure that you have experienced thus far has been created by you. For some or maybe many of you reading this article, this may sound wrong. But, I promise you it is right. Every individual has the ability to control their own destiny.
A lack of understanding of how God’s power is manifested in the earth will hinder your success in life. God does not work outside of you. He works through you. This is contrary to what most people understand or believe. Many are sitting and waiting for something miraculous to happen because of who they know God to be. If you are a believer, God’s power is living in you. He allows you to use His power through the spoken word and corresponding action to manifest the desires of your heart.
Hear the word of God saying to you this day, “truly, I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.” When you speak the desires of you heart in faith, the universe will respond by giving you what you desire.
Everything that you say starts with a thought. Thoughts are just appointments to be kept. You think a thing; believe that it can become a reality. Then you speak that thought out of your mouth and in the fullness of time you will reap a harvest if you do not doubt.
Life was made to be simple. We, who do not understand how to operate in God’s power, will never be able to live beyond our lack of understanding or doubts. You have the power to overcome any situation that may have you bound. The power to attract to you what you desire to achieve in life lives in you. The authority to live a victorious life is dwelling in you. When a child of God’s thinking and speaking is in line with the word of God his living will change.
The year 2008 is almost over and many of God’s children are still struggling. We have allowed the status of the economy to put us in a position of thinking lack and limitations. If you think that lack is for you it will come upon you. Wealthy people experience prosperity because they expect to always have what they need and desire.
The economy is affecting a lot of people but it doesn’t have to affect you. This is a perfect time to start a business. This is a perfect time go back to school and develop the skills needed to advance to the next level. This is the perfect time to put one of your creative ideas to work. Even though you may not see a way to get started, it all starts with a positive thought. If you can think it (dream it, see it in your minds eye) and believe it and begin to develop a plan of action, nothing shall be impossible to you.
Do not let another opportunity pass you by. When the positive thought comes into your mind embrace it. Hold on to your thoughts. Believe that they can become a reality. Get excited about your success before it ever happens. You can and will have whatsoever you think, say, believe and act upon. It is all about God in you, living and moving and having His being through you. If you allow His power to work through you it will put you over.
