“Trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and he shall direct your path.” Prov. 3:5-6
There is so much evil going on in the world today. If we continue to put our focus on the negative and evil things that are happening around us it will become literally impossible to overcome many of the challenges that we face.
The focus for the child of God must be to place all of their trust in the Lord.
When the focus is on the evil that is happening in the earth, we give negative and destructive spirits the abilty to impact on lives. Without knowing it, we have limited our ability to turn failure into victory.
God wants His family to live an abundant life. He has given us all that we need in order to overcome the challenges that will attempt to hold us back. The power to overcome every obstacle in life has been made available to the entire family of God.
Falling prey to the enemy will happen when we do not know who we became through Jesus Christ. It is easy to fall for tricks, schemes and lies when we do not understand our identity.
When you trust God, great things will open to you. Your eyes will see things that you never saw before. Your language will begin to change and knowledge of the power of the spoken word will become a reality.
God is looking for His children to rise up and take their rightful place in our world. When God’s children understand who they are and the unlimited power and authority given to them, circumstances will begin to change in their lives.
Through prayer and meditating in the word of God, a connection will be made with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God knows all things.
Make a decision to enhance your prayer life. Make it a two way communication. You must speak and then wait and listen to hear the voice of the Lord. God, by his spirit will give you insight that will open channels that were once unheard of in your life.
So much time is placed on the outward parts of our lives. We think that looking good and wearing the right clothes will get us to our destination, but that this far from the truth. Yes we do want to represent God in the earth. But, the power to move mountains of circumstances out of our lives is an inside job. We develop, change and become equipped with power to succeed in life through our heart and mind. God commands us to be “transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we can prove what is that good and acceptable will of God.”
Trusting God, relying on him and getting to know him in an intimate way will open up a peaceful and successful way of life for you.
Your commitment must not be to man but to God. God will then be able to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. This is your year to know him, love him, trust him and desire to live solely for him. Then, he shall direct your path.
