“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the action of His power that is at work within us, is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think (infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams.” Eph. 3:20 (Amplified Bible)
God orchestrated a plan for your life before the foundations of the world. Before you were ever conceived in your mother’s womb, God had designed a master plan unique only to each of us. Buried deep within the innermost of your being is your purpose for life. It is a plan for victory and not failure. It is a plan to allow your life to bring glory and honor to God. You have power to live a victorious life.
Because of a lack of knowledge and understanding of who God made us to become, we fall short of the plan of God for our lives. Are you one of those believers living your life by the world system? Do you spend more time focusing on the limitations that exist in your life than the capabilities that live within you? Do you quote the problem more than you confess the promises of God? Do you embrace a way of thinking, believing and speaking that places limitations and lack in your pathway? Many times the things that you are doing are done unconsciously. We have been programmed to think the worst instead of the best.
As a believer, there is an unlimited source of power and potential living in you that is waiting to be tapped. If you have limited knowledge or no understanding at all, then you live a life far beneath the plan of God.
Many of you reading this article have as much or more potential than many CEO’s You could have been presidents of companies, doctors, lawyers, or owners of businesses. The vision and plan for victorious living is lying dormant on the inside of you. Did you give up before you ever got started? Did you look at the circumstances surrounding your life and decide that there is no way out of this maze? Did you listen to others who have failed and patterned your life after them? Well, God wants you to know that it’s not too late to turn your life around. You have what it takes to live the life promised by God.
The power of God is supernatural power. It is made available to all who believe and have a desire to trust God. There is no limit to God’s ability and might living in every believer. If the knowledge and understanding is lacking, then the power lies dormant within the individual. If you have a treasure chest that is sealed with a big lock and you never look for the key to open the box, then you live a life of lack and maybe even poverty of your inability to open the box. The same is true for your life. Because of your limited understanding of who you are and the power that is within, you settle for much less than what God has designed for your life.
There must be an inner desire and a continuous drive to become all that God has planned for your life. There must be a hunger and thirst that will not let you sit idly by and waste precious time. Instead, you begin to seek God to find out what He has purposed for your life. There can be no thoughts of giving up or throwing in the towel. You must know that God cannot lie. He is a Promise Keeper.
The only difference between you and another individual who is experiencing continuous success is attitude, understanding, faith and continuous action. Your thinking must program you to make positive decisions that will lead you to multiple open doors that point you toward your destiny.
God’s word is your blueprint for success. It is your passport to a successful way of living. It is the source of power needed to overcome any obstacle in life. God’s word is His power made available to His children. In order for you to live the abundant life, His power must be released out of you. When this activity becomes consistent in the life of a believer, the walls of fear and failure must come down.
Ask God to give you a hunger and a thirst for His word. Search the word of God daily as if you were looking for hidden treasure. Make a decision in your heart that you will fulfill the plan that God has for your life. Become determine to never give up. Ignore the force of darkness that will try to hinder and stop your progress toward the master plan of God for your life.
You are going to have temporary challenges. Know that they are only temporary. Never let a detour or roadblock stop you from walking toward the fulfillment of the plan of God for your life. Be willing to “Press through the Mess.” “Weeping may endure for a night but, joy comes in the morning.” You must see and believe yourself to be an overcomer. You are more than a conqueror. Always remember, you have the unlimited power of God living on the inside of you. YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES!
It does not matter how long failure has existed in your life. It doesn’t matter how old you are. It doesn’t matter who is in control of the thing that you desire. The only thing that matters is for you to know who you are, the power that lives in you and how to daily release that power. It is time to take a step of faith and begin your journey into a way of life already prepared for you here on earth. See yourself achieving the success that is rightfully yours. See yourself as an overcomer. Start today to map out your plan for success. Take your first step and never look back. No matter what temporary obstacles you may encounter, just remember it is just a test. You have the power in you to turn every test into a testimony.
