“Now to Him Who by (in consequence of) the (action of His) power that is at work within us, is able to (carry out His purpose and) do superabundantly, far over and above all that we (dare) ask or think (infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams). Before you were born God had a definite plan for your life. It is a plan for you to live an abundant life. The ability to get answers to your prayers, see your dreams and desires become a reality is a possibility for all of God’s children.
A large majority of the children of God live beneath their potential. If you have a little or no knowledge of who you really are and the plans that God has orchestrated for you; your life will be unfulfilled.
Living by the world’s system, believing sterotypical statements and placing limitations upon your life based upon what someone told you or what some organization believes, will place you in a state of bondage. A lack of knowledge and understanding will prevent you from discovering your purpose and walking toward your destiny.
Do not allow yourself to fall in the category of being a person who lives daily without any idea of God’s plan and thoughts for your life. God lets us know in Ps. 139 that a person’s whole life was written in His Book before they were born. There is a plan for success and fulfillment just waiting to be tapped. It is a plan that will set your on a course with a day by day journey for the rest of your life. But before you can tap into the plan, you must know your purpose. What is your reason for being? What did God intend for you to do with your life? Most people cannot answer these two questions.
Are you a person who lives for Fridays? When Sunday evening comes, do you become sad and maybe even angry because of the thought of going to work on Monday? Weekend and Holidays are the best part about what you do. If this is you, it is possible that you are living outside of your purpose. When this happens there is a feeling of emptiness. You work not to release your potential and begin to walk toward your destiny but instead, you work only to earn a living.
That void or empty feeling that you have exists because you are not fulfilling your purpose. When an individual is fulfilling His or her purpose there will be a passion for what they do. They see themselves as making a difference. There is much pleasure and excitement received from what they do. They get up excited and go through the day filled with joy. When most people can’t wait to go home, they are just getting started.
Out of your purpose and passion will come a vision. You will begin to see yourself moving higher up the ladder of success. Your focus is never on another person. As a matter of fact you are quick to rejoice when others experience success in life. You know without any doubt that daily you are walking toward the destiny that God has planned for your life.
God will go to any extreme to help you fulfill your purpose. He is not a God who takes pleasure in your failure. You were created in His image and likeness. He wants to be your God of a turn around that allows you to live a victorious life. He has made available His Spirit to be your constant Helper. God has given Him to every believer to become your Guide. The more time you spend in communication with God’s Spirit, insight and understanding of what needs to be done to live the victorious life promised by God will be may available to you.
Your Heavenly Father is not going to force you to seek to know His plan for your life. You must develop a burning desire to discover God’s purpose and plan for your life. If you ask He will answer. He has promised to give you the desires of your heart.
If you are at a standstill in your life or things are just going from bad to worst, Why not seek God for direction? What do you have to loose? Is it just possible that the one who created you just might have the answer to your problems? God not only wants to see you live a full and complete life but He has promised to allow you to experience it beyond anything that you could ask or think.
God is a promise Keeper. He cannot lie or go back on His word. Why not ask Him to reveal to you what He wrote in His Book about the plan for your life. Go before His presence. Wait patiently for Him with the expectation that He will hear and answer. God is just waiting for you to spend time in His presence so that He can get some glory out of your life. After you have heard, believe, and then go into action with faith in your heart.
