On Saturday August 23, 2014 the St. Louis County NAACP will host a youth led march to end racial profiling, police brutality, and honor the life of Michael Brown Jr.

Led by NAACP youth leaders from across the country and St. Louis Region, the march will start at the Schnucks Grocery Store in the Buzz Westfall Shopping Center, located at 8037 W. Florissant Ave, St. Louis, Mo 63136, and go to the Corner of Canfield Drive and Return back to the Shopping Center.

The March will start at 2:00 PM. Each youth participating in the march will receive a commemorative NAACP t-shirt.

Participants are required to wear sun glasses to symbolize that justice is blind in the City of Ferguson.

The St. Louis County NAACP hopes that the march will shed light on their demands, which are to:

-Require officer use of body worn cameras

-Federal Review of racially disproportionate policing

-Demilitarization of law enforcement.

-JUSTICE FOR MICHAEL BROWN

The hash tags being used for the march are:

#couragewillnotskipthisgeneration

#justiceisblind
