In short, what do you do?

I represent buyers, sellers, and investors in the sale and management of single family multifamily, and commercial properties. I co-own a full service real estate brokerage that services Saint Louis City, County, and surrounding areas.

What is your customer/client service philosophy?

Our client philosophy is to provide ingenuous, dependable service. Providing great client service in our industry means having a thorough understanding of the real estate market, and being able to help clients make the best decisions. By identifying and developing the best approach to service their needs, we can successfully meet our client’s expectations and develop lifelong relationships.

What’s the best advice you can offer someone who’s looking to buy and/or sell in St. Louis right now?

The best advice I can offer for someone looking to buy or sell property in St Louis is to hire a licensed realtor who is knowledgeable of local market conditions and trends, experienced in real estate transactions, and has an excellent record of providing outstanding and reliable service. These core competencies are vital to Hybrid Real Estate’s success and we pride ourselves on being able to provide aa high level of service, knowledge, and experience to our clients.

How did you become interested in owning your own firm? Did you have an entrepreneurial mentor or receive any helpful guidance?

I was born with an entrepreneurial spirt, and I started my career in the financial services industry helping clients make tough financial decisions. What I gained from these experiences are that I am comfortable and prodigious at fostering relationships and gaining trust with people. An opportunity arose with my close friend and realtor to start a real estate brokerage, and after private research and consulting with small business owners and brokerage firms we decided to open our own brokerage. We started a small business prior to Hybrid Real Estate and was able to learn valuable lessons first hand which proved to be useful for future business endeavors.

What were your top takeaways from your participation in the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative?

The St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative has been highly influential in my professional development and growth. The program is excellent in so many ways. The curriculum is focused on developing and honing leadership skills, mastering difficult situations and conversations as leaders in the workplace, relationship building, and civic engagement. As a graduate of the program, I have improved professionally at all levels and the STLBDI’s impact on my career has been astounding.
