DiversityInc named AT&T Inc. to six of its Top 10 specialty lists in 2006, the highest number of honors received by any U.S. company. The rankings recognize AT&T for its commitment to diversity in the workplace and marketplace. AT&T placed in the top 10 of the following DiversityInc lists: Top 10 Companies for African Americans, Top 10 Companies for Executive Women, Top 10 Companies for Latinos, Top 10 Companies for Recruitment & Retention, and Top 10 Companies for GLBT Employees.
The company was also named to DiversityIncs Top 25 Noteworthy Companies list.
Minority Business Council golf tourney set for Sept. 28
The St. Louis Minority Business Council’s annual golf classic will take place on Thursday, Sept. 28. Last year’s event was such a success that SLMBC has reserved two courses for 2006 – Far Oaks and Stonewolf golf courses.
