The 5’7″ Thompson is one of the top guards in the St. Louis area.
In a 79-31 victory against Seckman last Friday, Thompson had 37 points, four rebounds, six steals and four assists.
Thompson had 15 points, four steals and three assists in a 53-43 victory over Lee’s Summit and 22 points, and four assists in a 62-49 loss to Blue Springs South.
For the season, Thompson is averaging 20.2 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals per game. She also led the Stateswomen to a surprise Final Four appearance at the recent Visitation Christmas Tournament in late December.
