The 5’8″ senior standout turned in an outstanding all-around performance in leading the Jaguars to a big victory over Vashon in a Public High League showdown.
Ball rushed for 256 yards and scored three touchdowns to lead Gateway Tech to a 41-20 victory. He scored on runs of 99, 13 and six yards. Ball also contributed two interceptions on defense.
In Gateway Tech’s two victories, Ball has rushed for 430 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 13 yards a carry. As a junior, Ball rushed for more than 1,300 yards and scored 18 touchdowns in helping the Jaguars to the Class 4 state quarterfinals.
