The 5’11” 165-pound tailback was the workhorse performer in the Colts’ 51-27 victory over Vashon in the Class 4 semifinals last Saturday. Myles rushed for 266 yards on a career-high 41 carries and scored four touchdowns to lead the Colts into this weekend’s state-championship game. Myles scored on runs of 22, 55 and five yards. He also scored on a 10-yard pass reception.
For the season, Myles has rushed for 2,256 yards on 346 carries, which is good for more than six yards per game. His 29 touchdowns are among the leaders in the St. Louis metro area. On defense, Myles has 43 tackles and two interceptions, including one of Saturday against Vashon.
Parkway Central will meet Lee’s Summit West on Friday afternoon for the Class 4 state championship at the Edward Jones Dome at 3:15 p.m.

The senior running back/linebacker scored two touchdowns to lead the Panthers to a hard-fought 19-13 victory over Pattonville in the Class 6 state semifinals last Friday night.
The 5’10” 190-pound Clark opened the scoring with an 8-yard touchdown run to give the Panthers a 6-0 lead in the first quarter. Clark struck again, this time on defense, as he intercepted a pass and returned it 16 yards for another touchdown.
For the season, Clark has rushed for 687 yards while adding 212 yards in pass receptions. He has also scored a team-high 20 touchdowns. On defense, Clark has 57 tackles (48 solos) with three sacks and one interception.
Mehlville will play Kansas City Rockhurst on Friday night for the Class 6 state championship at the Edward Jones Dome at 6:30 p.m.
