The senior standout scored five goals to lead the Pioneers to two victories last week.
McWoods scored three goals in the Pioneers’ 4-0 victory over Pattonville. He followed up with two more goals as Kirkwood edged Lindbergh 2-1.
McWoods is currently among the area’s top scorers with 28 goals. He also has two assists and has been credited with seven game-winning goals. McWoods has scored 75 goals in his four-year career.
During the summer, McWoods was a star player for the Lou Fusz Geerling U17 team that won the National Cup XII title in Colorado. He has committed to Xavier University.
