The 6’0″ 220-pound senior linebacker led a strong defensive effort in the Pioneers 28-2 victory over Parkway Central.
Bishop had a total of 13 tackles, one quarterback sack, one fumble recovery and one interception as the Kirkwood defense dominated the previously unbeaten Colts.
For the season, Bishop is the Pioneers’ leading tackler with 47. He also has three inteceptions and five sacks for the 7-0 Pioneers. Kirkwood is currently ranked No. 1 in Class 5.
