The senior running back had a record-setting performance in a victory over Farmington last Friday night.
Azubuike rushed for 370 yards on 15 carries in the Crusaders 56-27 victory. He scored on runs of 63, 47, 50, 1 and 70 yards. He averaged a whopping 24.6 yards per carry in the game. He also had six tackles from his linebacker position on defense.
For the season, Azubuike has rushed for 1,113 yards and 16 touchdowns while averaging 10 yards per carry.
Lutheran North (5-3) will host Chaminade on Friday night in the regular season finale.
