Keith Randolph

The junior forward was an unsung hero in the Maroons run to the Illinois Class 4A state championship.

The 6’5” Randolph turned in a pair of excellent performances at the Final Four in Peoria. In the semifinals, Randolph had 18 points, 12 rebounds and three assists in a 64-53 victory over Elgin Larkin. He followed up with 13 points and six assists in the Maroons’ 60-56 victory over Chicago Whitney Young in the state championship game.

For the season, Randolph averaging 10.1 points and 6.9 rebounds a game while shooting 53 percent from the field. He also played on the West football team for the first time this in the fall and has earned a number of Division I scholarship offers.
