Allen Iverson’s reunion with the 76ers starting with a bang. There was a full house – 9,000 more than a usual Sixers game – and he posted impressive numbers, though the team’s losing streak would continue.

The Nuggets 93-83 win over the team last night (Mon., Dec. 7) meant the 76ers tenth straight loss.

Iverson’s 11 points and six assists made for a standing ovation when he left the court in the fourth quarter, but it wasn’t enough to fend off Chauncey Billups’ 31 and Carmelo Anthony’s 14 points.

Denver scored the first 14 points of the fourth quarter to rally for its fourth straight win.

Only one-win New Jersey has a worse record in the Eastern Conference than the 76ers.
