A strip club manager paralyzed in a triple shooting in February is suing the NFL, the Tennessee Titans and suspended football player Adam “Pacman” Jones.
A lawyer for Tommy Urbanski says the league and the team should have punished Jones before the Feb. 19 shooting inside a strip club during NBA All-Star weekend in Las Vegas.
Jones’ attorney is calling the civil lawsuit nothing more than “a ‘Hail Mary’ pass.”
Jones faces criminal charges accusing him of inciting a melee inside the club before the shooting.
But no one has been charged in the shooting that wounded Urbanski and two other people outside.
