Running back Matt Forte ran for two first-half touchdowns as the Chicago Bears charged out to a 24-3 lead and a 27-3 win over the Rams on Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome.
The Rams (2-9) have been outscored 99-6 in the first half over their last three games.

Rams coach Jim Haslett blamed the team’s five-game swoon on three factors — poor tackling, turnovers and penalties — that are out of the coaching staff’s hands.
The Rams had four turnovers — all interceptions by backup quarterback Trent Green, who entered the game after starter Marc Bulger sustained an early concussion — and were penalized 11 times for 85 yards.
The Rams’ defense allowed the Bears to rush for 201 yards, including 132 yards on 20 carries by Forte.
