The fan favorite pleaded guilty in court today to charges of driving under the influence and hit and run with property damage in Orange County, California. Spiezio was sentenced to three years probation.
He is required to go through a three-month alcohol treatment program, he must attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and must perform 80 hours of community service.
Spiezio was also ordered to pay $839 in property damage. The charges stem from a December car crash that happened in Irvine.
The Cardinals cut Spiezio after charges were filed in February.
