O’Fallon Township High basketball standouts Roosevelt Jones (left) and Charles Joy signed national letters on intent last week at the school’s gymnasium. Jones signed with Butler University while Joy signed with Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.The dynamic duo led the Panthers to a 30-4 record and a fourth-place finish in the IHSA Class 4A state tournament last season. Roosevelt Jones was the 2010 St. Louis American Player of the Year.
