The 6’0” 174-pound junior enjoyed an excellent all-around performance in leading the Bombers to a 42-7 victory over Lutheran South in an ABC League game on Friday night.
Wallace caught five passes for 216 yards and scored five touchdowns to lead the rout. His touchdowns came in a variety of ways. He rushed for two touchdowns on runs of 2 and 6 yards. He had touchdown receptions of 62 and 83 yards. He added a special teams score with a 48-yard punt return.
For the season, Wallace has 34 receptions for 729 yards and a total of 15 touchdowns. On defense, he also has a team-high four interceptions for the 4-2 Bombers.
John Burroughs will host McCluer South-Berkeley on Saturday afternoon to open the Class 3 district playoffs.
