The estranged wife of New York Giants star Amani Toomer blitzed him yesterday for an ever-bigger chunk of his $20 million fortune, scuttling talks to settle their divorce case.

As the couple’s lawyers emerged after hours of haggling, even the wife’s attorney was overheard saying, “She’s so greedy. She wants more, more, more, more.”

The lawyer, Thomas Snyder, later contacted the Daily News to clarify his remarks, insisting he was being sarcastic and mocking arguments made by Toomer’s attorney.

The divorce battle between Toomer and Yolanda Dobrowski will move into a New Jersey divorce court today.

Toomer, 32, has claimed the brunette had four abortions to avoid having kids. Dobrowski, 34, has countered that he made her a virtual slave to his every whim and once urinated on her clothes when she refused to have sex.

Lawyers for the sure-handed wide receiver and his spouse spent hours haggling yesterday in a bid to reach a settlement. But the talks failed.

Toomer, who wore a neat black suit, light-blue shirt and eggshell-yellow tie, avoided eye contact with his estranged wife during an uneventful court appearance in Jersey City.

“I just want to come to a reasonable agreement,” he said.

The 6-foot Dobrowski, a chiropractor, giggled and chatted to a legal aide as she sat at a table in the courtroom.

Snyder said Dobrowski was seeking a fair deal to end their four-year marriage – and emphatically denied the abortion claim, calling it “totally, 100% false.”

“It’s so hurtful that someone you trust and share your life with would be so callous,” Snyder said. “She wants what she’s entitled to.”

Toomer wants their marriage annulled, claiming his wife, whom he met a decade ago at the University of Michigan, lied about wanting to have several children with him. He also claims she refused to quit smoking and refused to participate in his charity.

She hit back with allegations that he is insecure, intentionally stifled her career and wouldn’t let her sleep unless they had sex.

Last month, Giants sack king Michael Strahan’s ex-wife walked away with $15 million after a judge enforced their prenuptial agreement.
