Former Lafayette High and Saint Louis U. basketball standout/turned author Angie Lewis will be holding a special book signing for her new book, The Game Changing Assist: Six Simple Ways to Choose Success.
The event will be held on Saturday at the Mathews-Dickey Boys and Girls Club (4245 N. Kingshighway). The event begins at 1 p.m.
Lewis enjoyed an excellent career at SLU and also played professionally overseas. She also spent some time as a collegiate coach. Angie has parlayed that success into a career as a tremendous mentor and motivational speaker to young people.
The next step was writing this book which takes the lessons she learned from her basketball career and weaves them into real life. The book is excellent and I recommend it to everyone.
If you get a chance, get over to Mathews-Dickey on Saturday and support Angie. She’s great.
