Basketball standout Tyran Frazier of Principia has given a commitment to Virginia Tech.
A 6-foot-11 senior forward, Frazier is ranked among the top five prospects in the state of Missouri. He is also ranked among the top 75 prospects nationally in the Class of 2027. He chose Virginia Tech over Missouri, Cincinnati, West Virginia and several other major college programs.
Frazier spent his first two seasons at Hazelwood East, where he averaged 16 points and 13.3 rebounds as a sophomore in leading the Spartans to a 19-11 record. Last year, Frazier went to Atlanta to play in the Overtime Elite League.
