Esther Beeks D.D.S. was recently elected president of the Mound City Dental Society in St. Louis, Missouri. It is one of the oldest minority dental organizations in the nation. Mound City Dental Society projects to bring continuous dental awareness into the St. Louis regional communities.
Beeks also serves as a member on the board of trustees for the National Dental Association, Region V.
Her practice is located in the University City, Mo. office shared with her husband, pediatrician Earl Beeks M.D. who was elected president of the Mound City Medical Forum, the state component of the National Medical Association. Mound City Medical Forum was originally formed in 1929 for African-American and minority physicians.
Dr. Earl Beeks also serves as associate professor of clinical pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
