The St. Louis County Police Department is partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration in its annual prescription drug take-back initiative to prevent unused prescription medication from becoming available for abuse and to keep unused prescription medication out of the nation’s water supply.

Old, expired, unwanted, unused prescription drugs can be discarded safely at several locations in the St. Louis area on Saturday, April 26 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked. Just deposit the unwanted drugs and leave.
