Celebrate Saint Louis is preparing to mark America’s 250th birthday with a two-day riverfront celebration. Celebrate 250 will bring national recording artists, family programming and the city’s signature Fourth of July traditions back to the Gateway Arch grounds.

Ludacris will help lead the lineup for Celebrate 250 on Friday, July 3. The multi-platinum rapper and actor has sold more than 24 million albums worldwide with hits including “Stand Up,” “Southern Hospitality,” “Money Maker,” and “My Chick Bad.” His work in the Fast & Furious franchise, his KidNation educational platform and the Ludacris Foundation reflect the broad reach of his career. His set will anchor opening night alongside Zedd and Big Wild before a 1,500-drone performance and fireworks display over the Mississippi River.

The celebration continues Saturday, July 4, with Stephen Marley joining the headliners. The eight-time Grammy winner carries forward the Marley family legacy with a blend of roots reggae, hip-hop, R&B and soul. His solo work and production credits have made him one of modern reggae’s most respected voices. Saturday’s lineup also includes Miranda Lambert, Kenny Loggins and Rebirth Brass Band.

Celebrate 250 will also include America’s Birthday Parade, a family fun zone, food and beverage vendors, and an immersive Innovation Experience highlighting regional work in aviation, geospatial, biotechnology, conservation, manufacturing and higher education. A Salute the Troops ceremony will honor active-duty service members and veterans. Fireworks will close both nights, continuing a tradition that has drawn millions to the Arch grounds for more than four decades.
