Darrwin E. Perkins II and Alexi-Julia Smith have joined Lewis Rice as associates in the law firm’s corporate department.
Perkins maintains a general business law practice focused on corporate matters. He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2026. He earned an MBA in 2023 and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2022 from McKendree University.
Smith’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. She previously practiced in Goodwin Procter’s Washington, D.C., office, representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other corporate clients.
She graduated from Howard University School of Law in 2023 and holds a bachelor’s degree from American University.
