Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School has received a major scholarship and challenge gift from Emerson. The firm has donated $100,000 to the school’s scholarship endowment fund and pledged to match other companies’ and individuals’ donations up to another $100,000 over the next year.
The Emerson donation is the largest contribution received by Cardinal Ritter Prep for its scholarship endowment, which helps families offset the cost of tuition. Cardinal Ritter Prep President Leon Henderson praised the gift, saying, “Emerson has been a true supporter of Cardinal Ritter Prep for many years.”
